• In the event of traffic disruption, passengers can turn to alternative modes of transport. A real-time multi-modal information system allows passengers to control their waiting times, thus optimizing their journeys.
• SORIDIS develops multi-modal information systems using the advanced Passenger Information Systems for different modes of transport. These systems integrate all available real-time data, thus providing real-time relevant information for the entire journey, whatever the means of transport used.
• Our transport data collection and streaming systems are designed using the TRANSMODEL data model and standardized SIRI services for real-time data exchange with other systems.
• Useful passenger information at stops, stations and during the journey on connecting network(s) is made directly available to the passenger, or indirectly available to the SAEIV (passenger information and operational support system) operator of the mode of transport concerned.
