• In an urban or intercity environment, public transport passengers need to know their exact location and everything relevant about their journey (routes, timetables, journey times, traffic disruption, etc.).

• All the data is controlled by the main operation and control center or by local centers according to each operator’s field of action: geographical area (s), route(s), etc.
