• Call management by the Safety Information System provides permanent call monitoring.
• The location of calls on synoptic maps shows exactly where help is needed. Instructions guide the security unit operator in the selection of adapted response services, and an intelligent directory provides a connection with the selected services.
• Listening functions keep on-site personnel informed so that they are able to respond quickly. They themselves have functions that safeguard their own safety (mute call, isolated worker protection device...).
• Call and call-out response statistics can be drawn up using the call data base analysis module. The figures are useful in reinforcing and improving safety provision.
