Organization

SORIDIS consists of two operational entities:
- The Design Office,
- The Client support service.

In the course of a project:
- Client advice, architecture definition and software development (corrections and software updates) are managed by the Design Office. SORIDIS teams are responsible for both hardware supply and integration.
- Team coordination, project management and client interfacing are in the hands of the project management unit.
- The Client support service is responsible for customer assistance services, on-site operations, training and maintenance.
Technical resources
- Development platform consisting of leading-edge ITC technology-based tools geared for object-based development, man-machine interfaces, fixed and mobile Internet, systems and networks, project management, configuration management and trouble-shooting.
- Integration, testing and validation platforms for production environments.
- Training platform consisting of operator workstations, servers, IT bays and equipment used to train clients in the use, configuration and maintenance of their systems.
